1. Information We Collect
- Account data: Name and email address via Clerk authentication.
- Broker connection: Encrypted Alpaca OAuth access token. We never store your Alpaca account password.
- Usage data: Simulations run, backtests run, orders placed, signals triggered — for subscription limit tracking.
- Trade data: Order history and positions synced from Alpaca for display purposes.
- Document content: Text you submit for Narrative Intelligence simulation. Not stored permanently beyond the active browser session job store.
- Audit logs: Record of all significant actions (trades, risk checks, agent runs) for security and dispute resolution.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Providing and operating the Platform
- Processing trades through your connected Alpaca account
- Enforcing subscription limits and billing
- Sending order confirmation and account notification emails
- Fraud prevention and platform security
- Improving AI models and signal accuracy (aggregated, anonymized)
3. Third-Party Services
- Clerk — authentication and session management. Subject to Clerk's privacy policy.
- Alpaca Markets — order execution and account data. Subject to Alpaca's privacy policy and broker agreements.
- Stripe — payment processing. We never see your full card number.
- OpenAI / LLM providers — AI signal generation. Document text may be sent to LLM APIs; do not submit confidential or material non-public information.
4. Data Security
Alpaca OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Database access is restricted to application servers. All connections use TLS 1.2+. We conduct regular security reviews.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years for regulatory compliance. Audit logs are retained for 7 years. You may request deletion of personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@zenthtrade.com. We will respond within 30 days.
